Icing:
Mix coconut, flour, and sugar together in bowl. Melt butter and add to bowl, mix well (this could be stiff, that's OK). Take a flat tray (not deep around 8x10 inches) and press mixture evenly over and place in Moderate oven (350 degrees F) and bake until set and golden brown. (Just need to check on this)
When cooked, remove from oven and pour the icing mixture over while biscuit is still hot. Let cool then cut into squares sizes required. Very yummy!
