Combine the tapioca pudding, vanilla pudding and orange gelatin mixes with the water. Cook until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Remove from heat and cool. When cooled, fold in Mandarin oranges and whipped topping. Refrigerate overnight. 12 Servings
