Ingredients:
- 1 can Chinese mixed vegetables
- 1 can asparagus pieces
- 2 cans mushrooms, with liquid
- 1 can French cut green beans, with liquid
- 3 stalks celery, cut in bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups water
- 1 1/4 cups tomato juice
- 2 envelopes beef broth seasoning
- 2 envelopes plain gelatin
- onion flakes, to taste
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Combine vegetables, water, tomato juice, seasoning, gelatin, onion flakes, salt, and pepper in large kettle. Simmer for 20 minutes.
