  • 1 can Chinese mixed vegetables
  • 1 can asparagus pieces
  • 2 cans mushrooms, with liquid
  • 1 can French cut green beans, with liquid

  • 3 stalks celery, cut in bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 1/4 cups tomato juice
  • 2 envelopes beef broth seasoning
  • 2 envelopes plain gelatin
  • onion flakes, to taste
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

Combine vegetables, water, tomato juice, seasoning, gelatin, onion flakes, salt, and pepper in large kettle. Simmer for 20 minutes.
