My daughter is having a "sweet" themed birthday and I need to think of some snacks, can anybody help me?

Maybe instead of a cake you could have one of those cupcake trees? Or heart-shaped cakes decorated like sweethearts. Valentine's day is near and you could probably find heart shaped pans pretty easily.
Make some brownies and cut them out with cookie cutters decorate with frosting or sugars. Also try you-tube there are a lot of good videos on there.
Depending on your daughters age, make plain cookies and let the party goers decorate them with icing, sprinkles, small candies etc. Just cover the table with plastic, set out tubes or bowls of different icings and decorating candy, bib up everyone and let them go to it.
