I put my mini-blinds on the outdoor table and hose and wash with the car wash brush, then flip and do the other side. I hang them on the clothes line to dry. Kids can do this chore.

I installed two large nails (screws, command hooks, etc) into the outside wall of my shed to clean blinds. A garage, wood fence or even a couple trees could work too. The pegs/nails are about 3½ feet apart. I slip the blinds onto the nails, roll them all the way down, rinse with the hose, then spray with cleaner. I let it sit a couple minutes then rinse. I mix up my own spray variations like diluted ammonia, lysol, bathroom cleaner, even windex in a pinch. But I love using Murphy's Oil Soap because I feel it won't dry out the vinyl or the cordage too much. I let the spritz soak in just a couple minutes then rinse. Mother Nature dries them nicely.
