I can say what I would do, but it may sound pretty unorthodox if you're a neatnik. I would spread fertilizer around it in an eight foot circle, then let it go to seed. Mustard greens re-plant themselves so you don't have to buy seed again. Depending on how long your season is, they may sprout this fall; otherwise in the spring. You can dig them up with lots of soil around the roots and put them neatly in a row if you wish. Just think. Really free food!
