Raw Spinach Salad

Ingredients:

• 1 pkg. spinach (fresh)

• 1 Tbsp. oil
• 1 Tbsp. vinegar
• 3 boiled eggs
• 1 large tomato
• 1 small onion
• 6 slices bacon, fried
• 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Directions:

Tear spinach into pieces; rinse and drain; pat dry. Cut bacon in pieces; fry and drain. Put spinach in pan with bacon for about 5 minutes or so. Slice eggs, onions and tomato in small pieces. Put spinach, bacon and the rest of ingredients in bowl. Stir and refrigerate.
