GRAPE JELLY (Sugar Free)

1/2 c. grape juice, unsweetened
1 tsp. lemon juice, fresh
2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water

Bring grape juice and lemon juice to boil, reduce heat and simmer 4 minutes.
Meanwhile, soak gelatine in the water until dissolved.
Remove juice from heat, then add gelatine and mix well.
When cool, pour into small sterilized containers and refrigerate.

Thank you so much. This is the first success since I started searching over a year ago.
