Combine sugar, salt and water, and heat to boiling. Boil 5 minutes. Cool. Add pineapple, milk, and lemon juice, mix well. Freeze.

Keeper, I have a lovely pineapple fudge recipe if you want it.
And Here is a drink I make with pineapple.
one cup coconut milk ( or milk ), 1/2 cup crushed pineapple un-drained, 1/2 teaspoon almond extract 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract, 1/2 banana and about a cup of frozen strawberries. Whip in blender until it is smooth. yum. Serves two
