Mix together the seasonings, lime juice, and oil in a glass bowl, add shrimp, thoroughly coat and marinate, turning once, covered in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium heat and lightly oil grate.
Remove shrimp from the marinade, and thread onto skewers if desired. Discard the remaining marinade, and grill until shrimp are no longer transparent in the center; about 2 minutes per side.

I believe if you trade out the onion powder for sliced red onions and the garlic powder for fresh and just put it in the frig for a little while you might end up with some pretty good Cajun Ceviche.
