Toast marshmallows over fire. Place between 2 chocolate covered graham cracker cookies. That's it! So delicious and easy. Can also be done with chocolate stripe cookies. Place the toasted marshmallows between the chocolate flat side of the cookies. Yummy!

We love making s'mores when camping or cooking out at home, but adjusted the "recipe" for a lighter s'more. Instead of using the regular ingredients of graham crackers, chocolate bars, and marshmallows, we use fudge striped cookies and marshmallows.
Why try to make s'mores from graham crackers and chocolate? Why not buy striped shortbread chocolate cookies instead? I use 2 cookies and 1 large marshmallow to make my s'mores. Yummy!
