Momma San (Japanese Bobtail Mix)

Momma San is our 8 year old Japanese Bobtail mix. Our daughter brought her back from Japan a few years ago (they are Navy). When they got transferred to England, the restrictions were strict and they opted to leave her (and her buddy, Tiki) with us for three years.

My daughter rescued her from the streets in Negeshi where she had been giving birth to at least two litters of kittens per year. They had her spayed and kept her and the rest is history.

She loves to sleep in front of the heater in the basement family room. She also likes to carry socks around the house. Her favorite pastime is sleeping. She prefers my husband to me. When the weather is nice, she sleeps in one of the deck chairs. She is a very laid-back cat and loves to be brushed. She has a traditional Japanese Bobtail "Z" tail that is about 6 inches long. Anytime we get out a suitcase to go somewhere, she promptly gets in or on it and goes to sleep.
