Rhubarb Pudding Cake

• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 tsp. soda
• 1 egg
• 2 cup diced rhubarb
• 1 1/2 cup flour

Directions:

Beat egg, add sugar, cream, soda, and flour. Add rhubarb to the batter last. Bake about 1/2 hour in moderate oven (350 degrees).
