Purse Made from Old Ties

Love it, I must show my 18 year old daughter this. She will only wear and use unusual creations.

Looks cute! I have this on my to do list. I've heard that it's important to make sure all the ties are of the same fabric content, not a mixture such as silk/polyester. I suppose this has more to do with laundering later, but it might also affect the sewing process.
