Can anyone tell me the name of this plant. It has 3-4 tiny lavender flower spikes on it once a year.

Just from this glance, it actually looks a lot like a marijuana plant! You should have someone who knows about plants to check it out for you.

It looks like a Yucca Plant.
Definitely not cannabis. It does resemble some sort of dracaena.
