Cut and Place Wilted Celery in Cold Water

If your celery is wilting, cut a thin slice off the bottom stalk and place in cold water, like you do for flowers. The next day, your celery will stand tall again.

I have no idea where this came from, but I always cut a piece of potatoe and place in the bottom of a tall container of water, then stand wilted celery in it in the fridge. In very short order, crisp and crunchy celery!!
