Scam! And frankly I don't understand how they are able to continue perpetrating fraud after so many years! There are 'several' links regarding their dubious nature but check out this first one and read the second one on how to tell if an organization is questionable:

12-09-2019... JUST FINISHED LISTENING TO A VIDEO MADE BY. "HSI" Health Sciences Institute.
This Institution is promoting 3 FREE BOOKS AND FREE SHIPPING. I LISTENED TO THIS VIDEO THAT WAS APPROX. 60 MIN. IN LENGTH. FREE..FREE...FREE...FREE.. Continuously Repeating FREE EVERY 5 MIN. Then up pops A Membership Fee of Just $74.00 per year. I was considering the BENIFITS OF HAVING THESE BOOKS, But before I give these people my CCard.
GOD BLESS YOU!!!
I wouldn't quite call them a scam. According to the Better Business Bureau www.bbb.org/
The BBB has a list of 6 alternate business names for them which I thought was peculiar.
Concerning the comment left by anonymous or rather the 2 links left,

In other words, it's a highly toxic chemical waste product that causes harm to your health, especially to babies and young children. Ever wonder why toddler toothpaste has no fluoride or toothpaste with fluoride says children should be supervised and that they should not swallow it?
Second of all, according to the CDC The prevalence of dental caries in a population is not inversely related to the concentration of fluoride in enamel, and a higher concentration of enamel fluoride is not necessarily more efficacious in preventing dental caries. SOURCE: CDC (2001). Recommendations for using fluoride to prevent and control dental caries in the United States. Mortality and Morbidity Weekly Review 50(RR14):1-42. In short, people can have perfect teeth without consuming fluoridated water or any other fluoride product. As with teeth, no other tissue or cellular process requires fluoride.
Accordingly, it is now accepted that fluoride is not an essential nutrient." fluoridealert.org/
I was a strong believer in the Health Science Institute and their outrageous claims about breakthroughs in medicines.
I was so impressed with them, that I ignored warnings about the institute being a scam and went on to pay for membership which would entitle me to a 500-page book with remedies for a multitude of ailments, plus a bonus book.
I couldn't believe that after the payment was made there was no book/s such as what was promised. I wrote to them several times inquiring about it, but they never replied.
I then request my membership to be cancelled and asked for a refund.
Again, I was disappointed. No refund was given, which is another lie! They promised that if for any reason someone is dissatisfied, they can cancel membership and get a full refund!
I wish these crooks a lifetime of miseries!!
Thank you. I was considering a membership but your input has convinced me to beware and avoid the relationship. Too bad. This type deal just exemplifies the greed now running rampant in our country.
Me too! I almost hit the send it to me button until I read some of the victims comments on this website. HSI sounds like a predator to me. Sorry it happened to all these people who posted but at the same time, grateful for their warnings. Thanks again
Fluoride is poison. The government knows it's added to our water, to make us sick. The medicines advertised by Health Sciences are great, but if they scam money, that's horrible. But don't give up on learning about your health and the evils of the powers that be, which are the elite, even above government. It's a scary, evil world. Look into truth out there. So much FAKE NEWS, it's frightening. Eat and drink herbs--whether Indian or Vietnemese or organic USA, its kept me cancer free since 2006. Eat spicy food, hot sauces and garlic, garlic, garlic. Amen over and out
I received the book ~
>>>> Miracles From The Vault. <<<<
It's over 550 pages that covers holistic cures and has a dirrectory that list the Company where you can get them with Addresses, Phone #s, and Web Sites.
The book is actually very good... I've purchased copies for my brother and several friends. (even my X)
You can find it on eBay..

If HSI is an agressive seller of health products and not a research group just outside Washington DC as they state in their presentation, then, by definition, they are a scam.
I ordered their book Miracles From the Vault and received timely. I misunderstood what I ordered and thought I did not receive so they sent me another with the free extra book. I have no problems there. This has been a couple of years ago. I receive their newsletter every month.
However, I have been trying to order one of their products listed in book and phone number for that company is always full. Cant leave a message. Not sure if that company OsteoKing is legitimate. Also sells OsteoWondet. Anyone with information please email me. helenlynch21@gmail.com
Scam Scam Scam, i know someone who worked for them and they told me when someone cancels online they purposely stop shipping the newsletters but intentionally do not cancel the automatic renewal so customers get charged over and over again. They particularily target elderly people, who sometimes fend for themselves. It is a scam, stay away, biggest perpetrators are in Irish office, they need to be named and shamed, they are call centre director emer prendergast and human resources manager emma reynolds, they scare staff into scamming elderly people, or else they will be fired. it's disgusting.
Know what I find suspect? People using the name "anonymous" when they post complaints. If the complaint is legit, use a legit name.
I have used the remedies in this book with great success. I dont know what happened to your subscription but I would certainly try again! It is truly a weth of knowledge
I never had your experience. Every time I re-enrolled with them with promises of books, in a week or so they were delivered. I've ordered a number of products listed in their book and have always received them. I have no idea how you had such bad luck. Are you a fake writer from FDA?
Thank you, you just saved me from the same nightmare
Thank you for your feedback for HSI, I have late stage cancer and was very intrigued always looking for new possibilities.. The last thing I need is a business that runs as if a wolf in a sheeps skin. Im sorry for your troubles that you had to endure. Thats why Im taking the time to reply to such an old review is because clearly HSI is still slithering around BUT you stopped them with getting my money and hopes! Thank You and God Bless
I just got a letter from them saying that they will renew my membership next month. I called after waiting 20 mins. (instead of the 2 mins. they promised) and spoke to someone called Kurt who after a lot of explanations and "advice," told me they would not renew. I also mentioned that I had seen a lot of criticisms from previous members on the 'Net, and he assured me I would not be charged a renewal. I hope this will be so.
This saddens me I was truly hoping I invested in real people investing in a real cause. Dammit. I did ask to be a member, was offer of the book, after the up-sale I started to become somewhat sketchy but now I know
I know someone that worked for Health Science Institute Health Revelations and Nutrition & Healing, SCAM SCAM SCAM, ripping people off left right and centre, they have a practice when a customer cancels online they stop shipping newsletters to them, but intentionally do not cancel the automatic renewal and charge over and over, they target elderly people, who can no longer fend for themselves, the biggest culprits are 2 senior managers in the Irish office, call centre director Emer Prendergast and Human Resources manager Emma Reynolds, if staff don't do what they tell them, they get fired, and these are the 2 enforcing this disgusting practice and getting big bonuses while elderly people suffer and can't get by.
I paid $37.00 as a senior to join. The first email was full of religous propaganda, the second, a video on the evils of HRC. What has that got to do with health information? I will probably have a big fight on my hands trying to cancel this membership. I wouldnt trust anything they have to say.
