Blend all ingredients together. Place in meatloaf pan. Bake at 350 F until done; about 1 hour.

This is even better if you spread 1/3 cup of brown sugar in the bottom of the pan and then add 1/4 cup of ketchup and smooth on top of brown sugar place your meatloaf mixture on top and bake 1 hour let stand for 20 minutes then dump out on plate, it will have a yummy sweet glaze that will make it so delicious!
Switch the evaporated milk out & add a can of cream of mushroom soup, some bread crumbs or crushed crackers...mmm yummy!
This sounds delicious. I will try it because I know you are a real good cook! Thank you. Pat
What size of can of evaporated milk do you use?
Just enough to get it wet. Dont put a whole Ken in there. I dont know why the person said a whole can.
This is my very favorite recipe for meatloaf. Just the 3 ingredients!! Moist, full of flavor, yummy!
Excellent recipe! Ive been making my meatloaf like this for 40-years. It turns out perfectly. I add bottled chili sauce to the top as a glaze the last 15-minutes of baking. It cant get any easier and tastier than this.
Please tell what size can of evaporated milk???????
I believe it is a 12 oz. can. That is the most common size.
If you try this recipe, please let us know how it turns out.
Do not put a whole can of evaporated soup in this recipe. Just enough to wet it. I dont know where that person was coming from that said put a whole can in there she mustve met a small can thats why someone on here asked what size.
