Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, cook 5 minutes or until cooked through, stirring occasionally. Add in dressing, vegetables and chili powder. Cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Arrange chicken mixture on flour tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese and roll up.

To make this an even shorter & quicker process, buy pre-cooked chicken (Louis Rich has precooked chicken strips, most grocery deli sections have it, over by the cold cuts or could use canned chicken or buy a rotisserie chicken & pull off the bone to use.
