Layout Plans for a Raised Bed?

I have a new 8 x 12 raised bed garden. Where can I get layout plans and suggestions? I would like to have plants grow up on fences so I can plant more. Also the garden is right next to a big forsythia plant. What can I do so it doesn't take all the water from the garden. The area gets good sun.
