This is such an easy and tasty vegetable recipe. Can microwave or bake. My daughter calls it Green Bean Mush
*Velveeta, cheddar, singles, any yellow kind you have on hand. Shred or tear singles into little pieces. Can vary amount of cheese to taste.
Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with non-stick spray for easy clean up. Drain the 2 cans of vegetables; add to casserole dish.
Add can of cream of mushroom soup. Add cheese and stir. Microwave for a couple minutes until cheese is completely melted, stirring occasionally.
If you already have the oven going, bake for about 45 minutes at 350 degrees F. Adjust time to the temperature of your oven.
