My tip is on using chia seeds. They help to cut cravings, lose weight without starving and be more energized. They also help with cholesterol, add healthy omega 3 oil and antioxidants. Just add to food before it's cooked. I put 2 tablespoons in a glass with 4 ounces of almond milk. Let stand for 30 minutes and then drink it. Chia seeds swell to 9 times their size.
