Pecan Apple Pie

Ingredients:

• 6-8 apples
• 2/3 cup honey
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup pecans
• 1 TBSP. butter

Directions:

Slice apples in 9 inch pie crust. Beat eggs in small bowl. Add vanilla, butter, honey, and salt; blend well. Add nuts. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then 325 degrees for 25- 30 minutes.
