Best GuacamoleRemove avocado from skin into medium bowl. Add cottage cheese, salsa, salt, pepper, garlic, lemon and cilantro. Smash all with potato smasher then stir till well blended.
Mexican Fiesta DipCombine all ingredients and chill for 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips. Easy to make and great-tasting!
