Spicy Veggie Burgers for TwoLove the kick of the jalapeno ;-) In a bowl, mash lima beans. Mix in onion, jalapeno pepper, crushed crackers, egg, cheese, salt, and pepper. Divide and shape into two patties.
Dad's Favorite HamburgerMom made this up because dad needed a healthier Burger. Mix all ingredients, except salt, in a bowl and form patties. Use the 1/8 teaspoon salt to sprinkle in a hot iron skillet and fry to sear both sides, then turn fire down to finish cooking.<

Cajun Burgers With Bayou SauceFor yummy Cajun burgers mix together in a large bowl; beef, green pepper, garlic, cumin, oregano, thyme, lemon rind, hot pepper sauce and salt, and shape into 4 patties. Cover and refrigerate for a least l hour or up to 8 hours.
BeefburgersBrown ground beef and onion; drain off any grease. Add soup, ketchup and mustard. Stir well; let simmer for 20 minutes. Makes 4-6 sandwiches.
Hamburger Sandwiches DeluxeSpread one side of bread slices with butter or margarine. Combine cheese with mustard, and mayonnaise; set aside. Start heating oven to 450 degrees.

Asian Turkey SlidersThese are great little sliders and the wasabi sauce adds a real kick. I love the idea of using wheat dinner rolls as buns.
Monterey Jack Turkey BurgerMonterey Jack turkey burgers are one of my favorites. I can't get enough of them. I make them for dinner, then eat one more patty as a late night snack, then a couple patties for breakfast, and finish them off for lunch the next day. It's an addiction!
