Keeping Makeup from Rubbing Off on Clothing?Does anyone know how to prevent makeup from rubbing off on your clothing around the neckline? I have to wear makeup to cover blemishes on my neck. Is there a transparent protective tape to put on your clothing or makeup that 100% won't rub off, etc.?
